I used beef Tri-Tip to make the best tasting and easy-to-eat Teriyaki beef jerky! I sliced this Tri-Tip into 1/4″ strips and marinated them in a mix of Teriyaki, Soy Sauce, and Worcestershire sauce for about 24 hrs. After 24hrs I pulled them out of the fridge and patted them dry and placed them in my LEM Dehydrator for 5 1/2 hrs at 150°. I store them in a zip lock bag and place them in the fridge.
