I love Beef Jerky. I also love making Beef Jerky. In this video, I’m making a Lower Sodium version of my Easy Oven Made Beef Jerky because there are many people who love Beef Jerky the same as I do, but they have to watch their sodium intake. And this recipe, which can be easily customized to individual tastes, gives up nothing in the flavor department.

Lower Sodium Marinade Ingredients
8 oz Pineapple Juice (about 20 mg sodium)
2 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce (about 980 mg sodium)
½ tsp Liquid Smoke
2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
½ tsp Granulated Garlic
