In 2011 we made some beef jerky. I’ve kept it in a drawer in my refrigerator since to see how long it will last stored that way. We did an initial update after 4 years. Here is that video:
This is our 8 year update. I’ll keep updating this every few years until it goes bad or I leave YouTube whichever comes first.
