In this video I make beef jerky using ground beef and the LEM Jerky Cannon. The recipe is pretty spicy, but if you lower or remove the Chili Powder and Cayenne, it’s not hot at all. Below is the list of ingredients and a link to the LEM Jerky Cannon. Enjoy

LEM Jerky Cannon –

1 lb Lean ground beef 10% fat or less
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp curing salt Prague powder #1 (Substitute ½ tsp table salt, but make sure temp is high enough)
2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
