We have got another cooking video for you! We have some chuck roast and have decided to smoke It on our Coyote Pellet Grill. Watch us smoke some jerky low and slow.

Trevor shows us his favorite way to smoke beef jerky. First, he starts by getting the smoker up to temperature. Trevor starts out by cutting the chuck roast into small slices and seasoning them. He used the Jealous Devil brand as the rub and applied it heavily. This is the longest step out of the process. Next, we simply leave it on the Coyote till the end of the day!
