Smoked beef jerky on the @bradleysmoker.

I kept this recipe very simple. Smoked at 170 degrees with hickory bisquettes for 9:30 hours. You want all the moisture out of the meat. The best thing about the #bradleysmoker it allows me to add as much smoke or as little smoke to my food. I added 40 min worth of smoke to the jerky.

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili flakes
2lbs eye of round
