We’re making homemade beef jerky on the smoker. This smoked jerky is marinated in a Dr. Pepper and jalapeño mixture to give it a sweet and spicy flavor, sprinkled with my favorite season salt, and smoked for multiple hours to get perfectly-dried and flavor-packed beef jerky.
