Smoked Beef Jerky in a Pellet Smoker is easy to make, it tastes awesome, and its a lot of fun. In this video we used Flank Steak for our Beef Jerky. Flank Steak is a great choice for a full flavored batch of beef jerky.
We set the smoker to 175 degrees F and smoked it for about three and a half hours. Best Jerky we’ve ever cooked.
