Beef Jerky bought at the store is way to expensive! I wanted to find a way to make store bought jerky (Or better) quality for more than half the price! I think I have narrowed down the perfect way to make it!

Camera gear-
Big camera: Sony A6000
Mic: ECMGZ1 gun/zoom mic

BBQ Gear-
Smoker: Smoke chef
Pellets: Hickory
Knifes: Hampton forge

Meat: Top Round (2 Lbs)

2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Red pepper flakes
1 TBSP Ground pepper
1 TSP Onion powder
1 TSP Smoked paprika
1 TSP Garlic powder
1/4 TSP cayenne pepper
1/4 CUP Soy Sauce
1/4 CUP Worcestershire sauce
1/4 CUP Raw honey
1/4 CUP Water
1/2 CUP Dr. Pepper
If you are making it in the oven add a touch of liquid smoke!

Temp: 165°F (smoker) 175°F (oven)
Cook time: 3- 41/2 Hrs
