Today, I’m going to show you how to make simple sweet sesame beef jerky (Lao sweet jerky, Thai sweet jerky, teriyaki beef jerky, yookpo, Korean Beef Jerky (Yukpo: 육포)). It is kids’ favorite and perfect to eat with sticky rice. You can also use pork and deer meat to make this jerky. Also, I’m going to show you how to dry this jerky in the oven when sun light is not possible in the place you live.
Ingredients are:
Beef 1 pound
salt
sugar
garlic
coriander stem or root
dark soy sauce (option)
fish sauce
sesame seed
sesame oil (option)
oil
