Hey everyone! In this video I got inspired by T-ROY COOKS to make this recipe of his. Checkout his video and subscribe to his channel if you’re not already with the link below. I show how to make beef jerky on the Pit Boss Pellet smoker/grill. I left out the brine/marinade process which is mix all ingredients together cover the meat and zip-lock or vacuum seal in a bag and refrigerate for 24hrs flipping the bag over every 8hrs. I left mine for 18hrs which turned out amazing.

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe to make this the way I did it here.

2lbs eye of round sliced to about 1/4 inch thick
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup Dr.Pepper
