We demonstrate a jerky recipe that has been in our family for several decades–quick, easy, and delicious! We have had many requests for this video and are pleased to finally bring it to you.
A 3-5 pound boneless beef roast sliced thin
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup soy sauce
4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp dried onion chips
Soak meat strips in marinade overnight. Spread on dehydrator trays and process on high setting for several hours until dark and dry.
