Ingredients:
1. 4 Pound lean beef.
2. 1 1/2 Tablespoon salt.
3. 2 1/2 Chicken powder.
4. 1 Tablespoon sugar.
5. 1/2 Tablespoon roasted garlic powder.
6. 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper.
7. 3 Tablespoon Michiu cooking wine.
8. 2 Tablespoon cooking oil.

* Marinate meat with seasoning and refrigerated for overnight.
*Dry beef jerky in oven at bake 175 for 3 1/2 hours.
