In this video I will be making mesquite smoked beef jerky with some Flakey Salt.

-1lbs carne asada slice beef
-1 tbsp salt
-1tsp pink curing salt #1
-1/4 cup mesquite peppercorn blend
-1 cup soy sauce
-1 cup Worcestershire
-1/2 cup brown sugar

-mix all ingredients till smooth and marinade beef in liquid for at least 12 hours.
-remove from marinade and slice into equal parts.

(For smoker)
-smoke at 165°F for about 40-50 minutes
-store in airtight container

(For dehydrator)
-dehydrate at 155°F for about 1 1/2 -2 hours.
-store in airtight container.
