Beef jerky in the oven. EASY! Best way to make beef jerky keto, paleo, high protein. No Sugar.

We are using what’s called hanger steak, skirt steak, iron, brisket… really anything works to make this keto beef jerky. Just remember if you are trying to keep it paleo, then use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce.

2 lbs – Hanger Steak (sliced thin)
1/2 cup – Coconut Aminos
1/2 cup – Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp – Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp – Coarse Cracked Pepper
1 tbsp – garlic powder
1 tbsp – Chili flakes

1) Marinate the thinly sliced meat overnight in a bowl. Longer the darker and more intense the flavor.

2) To dry the meat, pat dry, and place on a rack to allow airflow under the meat. Place in an oven at 175. The thickness of the cut of meat will determine cook time. approx: 2 hr for each millimeter of thickness
