We are making beef jerky from a 1.28 lbs. London Broil. I slice it into 1/4″ thick strips and some bits and pieces.

London Broil cut into 1/4″ slices
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
2 Tbls. of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbls. of Soy Sauce
1 tsp. garlic power
1 tsp. Black pepper

Mix all ingredients including the London Broil slices making sure they are all are mixed together well. Cover and set in fridge to marinate overnight. Remove from fridge the next day, pat down the slices removing any excess liquid place them on the racks to be put in the dehydrator. With my dehydrator, I set it for 5 hours and a temp between 150° to 155°. After 5 hours they were done. These tasted really great. A simple recipe for flavoring jerky.
