1 pound (450g) of lean beef such as sirloin, flank steak or top or bottom round
Spice mix: 4 teaspoons kosher salt½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon ground cumin1 tablespoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder¼ cup brown sugar
