In this video we try out a spicy beef jerky recipe from subscriber @jimshackelford1251

Spicy Beef Jerky Recipe:

For in ingredients: (good for 2 pounds of meat)

1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons of Onion Powder
3 Teaspoons of Cayenne
1 Teaspoon of MSG
2 Tablespoons of W Sauce “Fireshire”
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
3/4 Cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Habanero Flakes (I used Pepper Flakes)

Granulated Honey to sprinkle on later (I used Brown Sugar)

Mix all ingredients (expect for brown sugar) Bring to a light simmer, mix well and put in fridge and let cool.

Dip each one, then place in bag then pour contents over all and let chill in the fridge for 24 hours.

24 hours later. Sprinkle brown sugar lightly on one side only.

It’s smoking time. 3-4 hours at 165.

Pull, let them air dry for about 20 mins. Zip lock bag them. Enjoy.
