2-3 lbs. Top round, sliced
2 tsp Onion flakes
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup Honey
3 Tbsp GF Soy Sauce
Smoker 180- 4 hours or so
Oven 180- 7 hours or so
Dehydrator 158- 8 1/2 hours or so

Traeger grill
Smoker wood pellets
Ove glove
Cooling racks
Cookie sheets
