In this easy cooking video, I make some beef jerky in my food dehydrator. I used about 2 lbs of sliced beef bottom round roast for my jerky recipe. I marinated the beef for 1 hour in 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, about a tablespoon of Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Then I put the meat in my dehydrator at 158 degrees F for 8-10 hours.
