Do you love beef jerky but hate all of the sugar and chemicals in commercial brands? It’s so easy to make it at home and know exactly what you’re eating! I usually make jerky with Eye of Round, but the London Broil was much easier! There was no fat cap and very little silver skin to trim. Because it’s flatter than eye of round, the London Broil is much easier to slice.
