How to Make Beef Jerky Using Dehydrator

Beef Jerky Recipe:
This is my beef jerky recipe for 2 lbs of meat.
Step 1: Get beef (i am using round-eye)
Step 2: Trim as much fat off as you can
Step 3: Cut into thin strips
Step 4: Pour 1/4 cup of Soya Sauce into bowl
Step 5: Put 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce in bowl
Step 6: Put 2 Tablespoons of Golden yellow sugar into bowl
Step 7: Put 2 Teaspoons of Salt into bowl
Step 8: Put 1 Teaspoon of Paprika into bowl
Step 9: Put 1 Teaspoon of Pepper into bowl
Step 10: Put 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder into bowl
Step 11: Mix it all together
Step 12: Run your strips through the mix and put into ziploc
Step 13: Leave Overnight
Step 14: Next morning, take meat out of fridge and put onto plate with paper towel. Use another paper towel to gently pat the meat
Step 15: Place onto Dehydrator
Step 16: Set Dehydrator to 160 and 4 hrs. Press start
Step 17: Let meat sit for at least 30 minutes before storing. Enjoy!
