Todays video is all about making the best smoked beef jerky each and every time you want to. We are making Chipotle, Lemon Pepper Garlic Beef jerky out of steaks from Six Brothers Beef Company and doing it on my Slow n Sear Kettle. The kettle is a great cooker to make beef jerky on bc you can really control the Temps on your cooker with the bottom and top vents. We want to stay between 130 – 180 degrees while slow smoking this beef jerky to create the dehydration that beef jerky needs.
