In this video, I make some beef jerky on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. The ingredients to my jerky marinade are 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and 1 tablespoon Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper. Let the meat marinate for 2-3 hours on the counter, or overnight in the fridge. I try to keep my grill at about 225 degrees F. Cooking time will vary depending on your grill temperature and the thickness of your meat.
