How to make beef jerky – Kids can cook!

How to make beef jerky in the oven! All you need is:
-Lean cut of beef (or turkey, or pork)
-Cookie trays with cooling racks inside
-Your choice of seasonings

For our seasonings we used:
-Liquid smoke
-Rice vinegar
-BBQ sauce
-Water
