“How to Make Jerky”
This makes the perfect snack to munch on when you are board, and it is also the healthiest snack out there.

Recipe:
1 London Broil, sliced. Fats trimmed.
1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
1/3 c. Soy sauce
1/3 c. Brown sugar
1/3 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c. Honey
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Liquid smoke
1/2 Tbsp Montreal steak spice
1/4 tsp Prague powder
1/2 Tbsp Chipotle Chile powder
Mix well to combine.
Refrigerate overnight.
Dehydrate on 167 for 2 hours.
