My preferred cuts for making Beef Jerky are Top Round and Eye Of Round. But if you can’t find those specific cuts of beef, you can make some amazing Beef Jerky using Sirloin, New York, or Ribeye steaks and a simple marinade. In this video I show how I use some Sirloin Steak and the Electric Smoker to do just that, and I also talk about getting similar results using a regular oven (my video on that process is linked below).

Easy Beef Jerky Made In The Oven:

Jerky Marinade Ingredients (for 2 lbs of meat)

¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
