Someone suggested that we make Cholula Beef Jerky so we made this recipe and I think it turned out fantastic!
It’s easy to make so if you have never made your own home made jerky before…I am confident that you’ll be able to do this! I promise you can!
You can make this in a smoker or a dehydrator…but…you can even make this in your oven, too.

Here are the ingredients that I used in this video:
2 lbs. Eye of Round
1/2 cup Cholula Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1T Minced Garlic
1T Granulated Garlic
1T Onion Powder
1t Salt
1t Black Pepper
