in this video we made Adam and Stanley Marianski’s Beef Jerky. I use my new Beef Jerky Dehydrator (obviously does more that just beef jerky) and follow the steps right out of Home Production of Quality meats and Sausage.
It turned out great, different than the jerky I make in the shop. That has what made this month so fun, is trying different processes and recipes.
