It’s Beef Jerky time again, but this time I’m trying a new ingredient to bring that smoky flavor without having to fire up the smoker. In fact, this is some of the best Jerky I’ve made, and the easiest, using just the oven in my kitchen.
Jerky Marinade Ingredients
1 cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Raspberry Vinegar
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Hickory Powder
