This is your classic beef jerky flavor. You can make it with low-sodium soy sauce but for a healthier option swap it out for coconut aminos. For those who haven’t tried coconut aminos, it doesn’t taste like coconut and gives you the same flavor profile with a touch of natural sweetness. Delicious!

Oven Alternative: You can make this in an oven if your oven temp goes down to 160-180F. The higher the temp, the shorter the cooking time. If you go too high, you’ll develop a tough outer skin.
– lean beef (fat cut of)

– 2 teaspoons black pepper
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
