These beef jerky pieces are chewy and flavorful! They are a delicious snack for whenever you’re hungry.

– 1 lb. beef stew meat
– 15g seasoning (lemongrass)
– cooking wine
– soy sauce
– 3 tsp. sugar
– cayenne pepper powder (optional)

1. wash meat and cook in pressure cooker, along with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and seasoning
2. cook on ‘meat’ for 40 minutes
3. then spread onto a sheet pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 ºF
4. enjoy!
