This recipe has been in my secret recipes for years and years and now you can have the best ever jerky recipe to make jerky in the oven, jerky made in your smoker, jerky made in your dehydrator or make this jerky by drying it in the sun for sun-dried beef jerky.

Best Ever Beef Jerky Recipe:
2 lb. beef
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 Pack Italian salad dressing (dry)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
6 oz Worcestershire sauce
6oz soy sauce
2 Tbsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
1/4 tsp prague powder #1

Cut meat into consistent strips about 1/4″ thick
Mix all of the other ingredients thoroughly, Let this marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours…longer is better.
Pull the meat out and lay it out on racks
Dehydrate/bake/smoke in your equipment of choice at 160-180F or until your desired texture is reached.
Once your desired texture is reached, let your jerky ‘rest’ until it reaches room temperature. At this point, it has reached its final texture and is ready for consumption and packaging.
