✅1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
✅ 1 Cup Soy sauce
✅ 1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
✅ 1 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
✅ 1/2 Teaspoon ground White Pepper
✅ 1/2 Cup of Honey
✅ 2 Tablespoons Garlic Granules
✅ 1 Tablespoon of Onion Flakes
🔪 The leaner the beef, the better. The more fat you are able to trim from the jerky the better it will preserve the shelf life. However if you do like to leave the fat on you can store your jerky in the fridge.
You want to aim for around 90 – 95% dehydration. To achieve that with our beef we ran the dehydrator at 70 degrees Celsius for 7 hours.
