In depth tutorial on the process of Smoking Beef Jerky. In this video, I used Lane’s BBQ Pow Pow marinade and a few other seasonings to make what many might call “Perfect Jerky”.
I smoked this jerky at 150 deg until it was just right. Took about 4-4.5 hrs.
