It’s time to make some more Beef Jerky, using the oven this time to see which I prefer–jerky flavored with a marinade, or jerky seasoned with a dry rub.

Hot & Sweet Rub Ingredients

1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Cane Sugar
1 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Honey Soy Marinade Ingredients

¼ cup Honey
½ cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Crushed Ginger
