Ingredients:
* 2 lbs. Thinly Sliced Beef Bottom Round
* 2 tbsp. Sugar
* 2 tsp. Salt
* 1 tsp. Meat Tenderizer
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1 tsp. Onion Powder
* 1 tsp. Paprika
* 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
* 1/2 tsp. Curing Salt
* 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
* 3 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
* 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
* 2 tbsp. Molasses

Instructions:
1. In a large container, combine all ingredients, ensuring that meat is thoroughly coated.
2. Marinate for 24 hours.
3. Dehydrate in a dehydrator on high for 4 or more hours until the level of desired tenderness is achieved.
