Editing isn’t hard, I’m just lazy.

Aside from a few minor changes I’ve made, the bulk of this recipe was featured on an episode of Good Eats hosted by Alton Brown. This stuff can last months longer than any store bought or alternatively prepared jerky, although it’s so good it shouldn’t last that long.

1.5-2.0 lb Flank Steak
2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS honey
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp liquid smoke

Please only use new air filters and avoid any filters with fiberglass in them.
